Fat Burning Food For Weight Loss-Sweet Potato Fries

Fat Burning Food for Weight Loss

Looking for the best fat burning food for weight loss?  Or are you like me, and sometimes just want some of your favorite food, but without the extra calories and fat.  Are you a lover of french fries?   Would you like to be able to eat fries at least once a week and not feel guilty.  Well, you can as you can make sweet potato fries that don’t pack the fat and calories of typical french fries. According to Josh and Joel of Bio Trust , one potato made into typical french fries cooked in vegetable shortening would contain 638 calories with 76 grams of high glycemic carbs and 34 grams of fat. 16 grams of that fat is trans fat. Now that would be fat gaining food, not fat burning food!!

Make Sure Your Sweet Potato Fries are Baked, NOT deep fried  in Vegetable Oil
