Make Sure Your Sweet Potato Fries are Baked, NOT deep fried in Vegetable Oil
1 1/2 large sweet potatoes
1/2 tbsp olive oil
1/4 tsp of sea salt
1/2 – 1 tsp of cinnamon
1/4 tsp paprika
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Once your sweet potato is peeled, cut in wedges, cover the with oil, paprika and sea salt.
Spread your sweet potato wedges on a baking sheet and sprinkle with cinnamon, or dill or garlic. Whatever you prefer for taste. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
Nutrition facts per 200 grams is only 274 calories, with only 39 grams of lower glycemic carbs and 9 grams fat. ZERO trans fat.
